Scope of these terms

These terms set out the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, delivery, returns and complaints. Placing an order means accepting these terms.

Products and orders

Information about products, their prices and availability is provided in the store. To place an order, the customer selects a product, adds it to the cart, enters their details, and chooses a delivery and payment method. The sales contract is concluded when the seller confirms acceptance of the order.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in the currency selected in the store (PLN or EUR). The final currency and amount payable are shown before the order is placed. The delivery cost is also shown before the order is placed. Available payment methods are presented at checkout and may include BLIK, card payments and payments processed through Shopify, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Delivery

The Shipping Policy available in the store sets out the rules for delivery, shipment tracking and handling delivery problems.

Returns and complaints

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in accordance with the rules described in the Refund Policy. If goods do not conform to the contract, the customer may submit a complaint by contacting the seller by email.

The Privacy Policy available in the store describes how personal data and cookies are processed.

Final provisions

The seller may amend these terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law, payment methods or store functionality. Amendments do not affect orders placed before they take effect. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
