Returns and the right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract concluded online without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If an order is delivered in separate shipments, this period starts when you receive the last item.

To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal, for example by email to rawracingbusiness@gmail.com. It is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline expires. Including your order number helps us process your request, but is not a condition for a valid withdrawal.

Returning the product and costs

Send the product back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Pack it securely for transport and include all components supplied with it. Contact the store to confirm the return address.

The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless applicable law provides otherwise. This does not apply to the costs of a justified complaint about goods that do not conform to the contract.

Inspecting the product

You may inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their characteristics and functioning. If you handle them beyond what is necessary for this purpose, you are liable for any resulting reduction in their value. Use or installation alone does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We will refund your payment, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order, no later than 14 days after receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. The refund will use the same payment method unless we agree otherwise, without additional costs to you.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases specified by law, including non-prefabricated goods made to the customer’s individual specifications.

Complaints about goods

If a product does not conform to the contract, please report the issue to rawracingbusiness@gmail.com and describe the problem. Photos may help us assess it. Your statutory rights include, in particular, repair or replacement and, in the circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. The seller bears the costs of bringing the goods into conformity with the contract, including necessary transport costs.
