How long does delivery take, and will I receive a tracking number?
Delivery within Poland usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress online.
Can I return a product or make a complaint?
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. You pay the direct cost of returning goods when exercising this right. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; handling it beyond what is necessary may make you responsible for a reduction in its value, but does not automatically remove your right to withdraw.
Complaints are handled separately. If a product does not conform to the contract, please contact us. The seller covers the costs of a justified complaint, including necessary transport. Please see our return policy for details.
